for a commission. Part of a series - the first ever SRU commission, actually. She just ended up getting tied up and is actually still working on these. I REALLY appreciate her time and effort and dedication. This turned out very cute and I LOVE her detail with colored pencils.
The idea is that Katara is student teaching elementary students. She's an English/Ed major so she wants to eventually teach English.
When you're student teaching, though, you will teach lots of different basic things, and I thought her teaching about "Metamorphosis" would be cute and tie in with the story - it will actually probably be a scene I write later in the second semester.
